Make so you can put a celebrity’s name in to see if you are related to them.

This feature already exists. If you find that celebrity's name in Family Tree all you need to do is click "View My Relationship." If the person in not in Family Tree, the program would have no way to see if there is a relationship.
If you mean to be able to do this with living celebrities, there are probably some legal and ethical privacy issues involved. To be able to see relationships between two living people in Family Tree or in Relatives Around Me, both people involved have to give their consent for the relationship to be shown. And, again, both people have to be in Family Tree.
