The last 4 batches when submitted kicked back to "should this be indexed- yes"

I checked the yes box on whether the swedish record should be indexed. After I finished my review of the record, I would try to submit the record. Instead it just goes to my saved folder as if waiting for further action. When I open, I see a red mark instead of my yes on the opening page. Can not change it to Yes. All I can do Is send it back.

Please share the project name and batch code, a combination of letters and numbers eg [XXXX-XXX] so someone can see what you see and give you an informed answer

I am experiencing the same problem. I finally returned a batch I had been reviewing and tried another batch. I reviewed this batch ((US, New York, Saratoga—Indexes to Mortgagors, 1791–1898 [Part A][MQ7B-FF8])) and got the same problem. I am able to reverify the Yes, I get the window that there are no problems, and submit the batch. However, the batch is still in My Batches and I go through the same process to verify Yes, no problem, submit and the batch remains in My Batch. Time after time after time.

I am having a similar problem with Indexing a batch ((US, New York, Westchester—Index to Land Records, 1824–1909 [Part A][MQ72-J6B])). Quality check shows no problem so I submit and it seems to submit successfully. I go to My Batches and the batch is still there.

I am having the same problem with US—Bureau of Land Management Tract Books, 1800–1955 [Part E][M3GW-RDQ]. I have three batches that will not submit. As above it seems to submit successfully but goes back in the folder. I have tried everything-- shut down over night , checked all fields-- nothing works.

I have a difficulty with every batch of South Africa Dutch Church..Part D M3FK-WJ2, WR4.W2W WSD etc. I completed them and then they just sat there after I sent them. Same with a few other batches. I would return them and they would come backl No credit given so my total has stayed the same for a whole day of work! What can be done to fix it?

I was having the same problem like everyone else. I just now went in and clicked the red check marked yes box and my reviewed batch was submitted and I was credited with proper review numbers. Seems like the problem has been corrected.
