Do I Index an oath of allegiance if its on the second image of a naturalization petition?

    Yes. OOA is the final step in Naturalization/Citizenship. In the Project Instruction/What to Index:

    Index the following types of naturalization documents: certificates of naturalization, declarations of intention, petitions for naturalization, oaths of allegiance, naturalization cards, name change records, certificates of loyalty, and certificates of arrival. If a document does not have a title or heading, look at other information on the document to determine the document type.

    An example on how to index an OOA is included under What To Index.
