US, Connecticut, New Haven—Naturalization Records, 1906–1945[MQ74-BDS]
I am working on the above record. It is of one individual and takes two pages. As per the example, I used both pages to make the complete record. Now, what do I do with the 2nd page? It won't let me turn it in. Do I fill it out the same as the first page or do I mark it all blank? Or what? I assume I am not supposed to mark it as no, no extractable data.
Thank you for your help

For page 1 there is an example of what to index in the instructions:
For page 2 there is an example of what to index in the instructions:

So most of the 2nd page will be blank? Or do I use the info from the first page?

To me the example is saying add an additional Entry to the first image to index the Oath of Allegiance (it's a bit unclear but that's what I read). I would probably mark the 2nd image No, No Extractable Data - and add Entry 2 to the first image. But the Project description says the reverse:
Project Description▲This project includes naturalization records from New Haven, Connecticut, from the period 1906–1945. The records were typically typed or handwritten in printed forms. Individual batches contain up to 2 images. Each image contains up to 2 records.
So yes, most of Entry 2 will be blank for image 1
OR
Image1 will have 1 entry and Image2 will have 1 entry.

Hi Kimberly. Most of the 2nd entry will be blank since you will only index the Oath. (name and date)
The record day, month and year for Entry 1 is Jan 4 1932 taken from the Affidavit of Witnesses section.

So is that on Image1 then?... and Image2 marked No, No extractable Data? To me it doesn't seem like they want the oath marked no extractable... but that seems to be what the instructions read.

Thank you @genthusiast and @Melissa S Himes. This makes a lot more sense to me now!

Yes @genthusiast. I see your edits and we are in agreement:
Image 2 is indexed, because the example shows to take the date (8,9,10,11) from the Affidavit of Witness statement and add it to image 1. Then it says to create a new record for Oath. So nothing is NED in this example.
"After indexing the available fields with the record beginning on the previous image (8,9,10,11), create an additional entry to index the Oath of Allegiance."
