I am working on Land Records, Westchester County, NY. Question: Is Lis Pendens considered a land record? I know that Lis Pendens is a legal action that involves land ownership issues, but would it be a document to index?

If you check the examples in the project instructions you will find the they show those records being indexed.

    Hope this helps🙂

Thank you. I see it now. I was looking for instructions for a document titled 'Lis Pendens', so I didn't even click on the example - my fault. thanks again.
