Using the mobile app I could take a picture and easily download it. Fast easy When the newer version came out all that happens is it spins and spins.
Any ideas. Making things more difficult means less will get put on there, time and frustration.
Sometimes newer and more complicated is not better, more complicated takes more time and people lose interest.
Work at a fhc center and consistently hear how the new version is not liked.

@carolyn6 Could you please help me understand what you mean by "the mobile app"? You could be referring to the Family Tree app or the Memories app, and you could be talking about iOS or Android. Which app on which platform?
And if you could supply the version number (which you can find in Help - About), that would make it even clearer what you are talking about. These apps are frequently updated, and it's not clear to me what you mean by "the new version."

Ok so the issue that you have on the App is when you see spinning Wheel it means is loading the information up unto the Mobile Phone however sometimes when there is spinning wheel it could be related to Internet depending if you using WIFI on the mobile phone it might need get closer to the WIFI Router to but however on that note it can be speed of the internet that you have which could indicate the issue of having the spinning wheel to which could explain the reason for happening to. Next that I hope this work for you to. I have to say it has happen to me before yes the easy option would be is to restart the device then go back into the app then hopefully that will work if not then you may need to Reset you Networks on your mobile to see if that helps to and yes I had to do that to on app to and works wonder to so I fully understand wear you all coming from to. Plus also make sure all the apps are fully update to. I hope this help you out in any way to.
