Please Also Retain former "Full Name Sign In" for 'Helping Others' Link

There currently is a re-occuring 'glitch' when attempting to 'Help Others' from the new Person Page (which provides only the "User Name/Helper Number" option). Usual response is an Error Message: "Sign-In not currently available. Try again later." Today, immediately upon signing into my account, the Opening Screen [which asked "Try the New Person Page?" at far right] allowed me to "Help Others" with the former "Full Name Sign-In" option -- which WORKED!! Please consider keeping this Option! We want to 'Help Others'! When it doesn't work, our hands are tied. Thank you.
