    @David9764 If you are talking about " under the name Collier, those are "ditto" marks which mean Jessie's surname was also Collier, her color was also white and her sex was also female.

    They are "ditto" marks. They mean that the information above Jessie's line is the same. So it's Jessie Collier White and Female
