Does reviewing names count as volunteer hours?

Hello!

I am a frequent user of Family Search. I am working towards gaining volunteer hours, and am wondering if reviewing names counts toward those? If so, who should I qualify to be my supervisor?

I know people on other transcription platforms who have been able to use their time towards volunteer hours. One can even send you a time sheet of your active transcription hours. I have seen where folks were able to print out their Family Search Progress page indexing totals and keep a notebook of their hours and those were accepted by their group. But, it was basically on the honor system.
