I believe it would be great to have a calling for service missionaries or someone to chat live within Family Search, to clarify any doubts, and help with the family tree and everything within Family Search.

There is a lot more people out there with great knowledge, that can help those of us with limited information.

Perhaps chat is not viewed as effect as remote meetings? Scheduling and being connected to a meeting initially resolves that potential concern.
