Anyone know why this person would be read only? KWCF-D5V
I've only come across this for famous people, but she isn't as far as I know.
She is a cousin of mine and I'd like to be able to attach those record hints to her.

I can guess looking at her profile. She, her husband and children are read only but not her parents. I think the reason she is read only relates to her husband. He had a prominent church position, so maybe that. Or maybe there has been an issue in the past so their records got locked as read only. Hopefully a moderator can confirm this or help you attach those sources.
