If two or three names and dates are given but no membership date is there. Do I mark the wanner date blank or change the record to baptism and use the baptism date.?

It's always most helpful to give the Project Name and Batch Code - that's the series of letters & numbers in brackets [XXXX-X2X] and hold (do not submit) the batch until someone answers your question.

Dutch Reformed Church Register (Part D) (M3FV-P9Z) It is a membership record with several names with birth and baptism dates and no dates listed in the wanner column. How do I list those names?

I would use the baptism record form and index it with those dates.
