Cannot review my family tree after upgrading to the new family tree new look. I only get an error.
I just started using this site yesterday after being referred by the public library. Today Family Search site prompted me to upgrade to a new featured look for my family tree. I clicked upgrade and now, I only get a 500 Internal Error page and I cannot even view my tree. I initially see the layout blink as if it is going to load and then it immediately is replaced with the error page. I noticed there was another post in February complaining of this same error by many people and three was a print screen showing the exact error I am seeing. Some anonymous web developer said it was fixed. Do they work for you?
My sister was having problems too. We were trying to connect to each other's ID and it was glitching and we could not find one another when searching multiple ways.
I also called the phone number supplied on this site and the guy said he never heard of that error before and asked someone else. He said I must have been hacked. I wasn't hacked. Isn't your site secure with thousands of people using it? I would think it would be extremely important to make sure this site is secure and safe to use. After all the public library recommended using your site for my family tree.
I also rebooted my computer and the same error continues to happen. How is this going to be resolved? How do I get access back to my family tree? When and who will fix these glitches?

Have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps of trying to access the same information using a different browser? And if that works, clearing the cache/cookies in your preferred browser should solve the issue.
