I've gone a bit wrong with my tree and would like to rewrite it starting with my grandparents.

Can I do this or do I have to delete an account and start a new one please?

Don't delete your account. That really won't help anything. You will just lose access to any living people you have entered and it won't do a thing to all the deceased profiles you have created in Family Tree. All deceased profiles stay in the tree accessible to the entire world whether you delete your account or not because they are not in your account. They are in the general, open-edit, wiki-style tree we all just work in together.

Do you mean re-write your tree between you and your grandparents? Or redo your tree from your grandparents on back? Is is mainly living people you need to redo? Or are there problems with deceased people? Did you create all these people? Did you attach to people that were already in Family Tree?

Exactly what kind of problems are you running into?
