Translation of a Swedish birth record

I need help with the record of Samuel Gustav Widholm (where the pointer is) I see his father as Sam Widholm and his mother as Stina Samueldotter. The household examination record in 1880 shows his birth as Jan 9 1919. I'd like a translation of the rest of this record. It was said he was a soldier.

His correct birth is 30 October 1819 Tjärstad,Östergötaland, Sweden ( it seams like the priests has given him diffrent dates for birth but 30/10 1819 is the one in the birth record.

Father: Samuel Widholm Born: 15 February 1779 Tjäderstad,Östergötaland,Sweden

Mother Stina Samuelsdotter Born: 15 February 1782 Tjärstad,Östergötaland,Sweden

His father was Stat D. witch means Statardräng = Farmer

You can find his family in the Husförhörslängd (Census ) 1828-1831
