I don't know why it's having me do it twice?

I would only submit the 2nd. one. All required information is on the 2nd. one with the change of address as the only difference, which is not a required field. Correct the persons given name to Philip Edmond and the surname is Haberstroh though.

You will index both. The first image has the given name of Phlipp Edmund, a birth date of 2/7/1887 and no Naturalization date. The second one has the given name of Philip Edmund, a birth date of 5/1/1906 and a Naturalization date of 6/18/1924. The Naturalization place is Pennsylvania, United States (this is in Example 1 of the Project Instructions). All fields mentioned are required, so you will Ctrl+B the Naturalization date fields on the first image only.
