What happened to the digitized microfilm?

A while back, a patron at our FSC accessed and made a printout of a church record on DGS 105486027. This number was on the printout. She needs to look at the original page again. We checked the catalog for this number and it finds no results for this number. Why is this no longer showing in the catalog?

Thank you so much for your help. I was able to find the record again. The researcher will be most happy for this information.
