Why are some indexing records not tallied

I index Spanish records and have for a few years. Lately, over the past few months some of the records after I have reviewed them are not tallied. I just indexed some birth records and the 6 records that I submitted were not tallied. I am not sure why? What are the possible reasons for this: I added the record number to the first entry that was at the bottom of the previous page, and moved another record to the page where it started. Somehow, maybe, I baffled your counting system. Can you tell me why this is happening, it is harder to contact people these days. There doesn't seem to be a way of getting indexing questions answered. P Vinson Carter
