Many of the people had an education, ie High School or College Diploma. I have added this as life events but have had to put them under "Other" It would be nice and common enough that having that option would be nice. It could also have its own "icon" for when you look at it on the time line map view. It could have a scroll or something similiar.

I agree. Why have military service and occupation, and not education, especially with so many historical school data available.

    I asked chatgpt:

Follow these steps to add an educational event in FamilySearch:

    1. Go to the person's page for whom you want to add the educational event.
    2. Click "Add a Event" under the "Life Events" section.
    3. Select "Education" under the "Type of event" section.
    4. Add the name of the university under "Name".
    5. Add the field of study or degree obtained under "Details".
    6. Add the date when the person completed the study or degree under "Date".
    7. Click "Save" to add the educational event to the person's life events.

Unfortenately, "Type of event Education" doesn't exist (anymore ?)
