Book pages with only NAAM, DATUM, PLEK, Bk. No, BLS shown on top of page--no other information.

I assume that it is a MEMBERSHIP register, since Death, Birth, Marriage require more infomation.

Please advise.

They are baptism records. But, honestly, I would mark these No, No Extractable Data since the question keeps coming up. Some reviewers might delete all the hard work that indexers are doing. All images that are marked No Extractable Data are reviewed at "headquarters" and they deal with them.
