I've indexed 20 of 25 names on a land purchase page. I see only 20 names. Do I return the batch?

For the best (most informed) answer, please include the Batch Code - looks like MXXX-XXX at the end of your batch name.

But it sounds like you just need to delete (trashcan icon) the extra 5 entries from the 25 the system provided by default when you opened your batch. 25 is just an average number/guess as to how many an Indexer might need to index a typical batch in your project. Any given batch might require more or fewer entries. The plus-sign icon next to the trashcan lets you add entries beyond the default 25 when you need them.

As John said, you may have a batch with a pre-set number of images. Most projects these days have this. To remove the extra (blank) entries, follow these two steps:

On the toolbar, click on the trash can icon (8th from the left or the right).

This dialog box will appear. Click on "All blank entries" and then click Delete.

Once you click Delete, you should be left with 20 entries and will be ready to submit your batch.
