I also have not been able to view original documents. It doesn't matter what records I am trying to look at all I get is a blank screen and screen.
It appears you might be using Firefox with a blocker/content filter extension enabled (the red shield icon with #63)? If you disable that or allow FamilySearch cookies it should work? I would look in the hamburger menu top right for how to reset your browser to default configuration or disable extensions (see if that helps). Also the green dot may mean there is an update needing to apply or need to restart the browser (or possibly computer)?

I do not see any indication of pop-up blocking.
The blank screen has started happening to me.
