Is there any way of changing the font on a Community post?

I was just typing a response to a query, when I copied / pasted an ID with a different font into the text. This caused the whole of my text to turn bold and with the large font size of the ID I'd pasted in. The workaround was to paste the whole text into Word (where it appeared as the default font) then copy / paste back to my Community post.

This has happened to me before and wonder if others have experienced the problem. Elsewhere on the website I find font size of the copied item does not matter - when pasting it conforms to the default font for the area of FS concerned.

I assume there is no way of reverting to the originally typed format purely within the message box.

Hover over the offending text and the paragraph symbol should appear to the left of the text box. Click on that to fix.

    Yes - it's happened to me before, so that's how I know.😎

Got it! Thank you so much - will just have to remember that for next time this happens!
