I have tried to do some indexing and this morning I have received this type of record to index. I am not sure what type of record it is. Can someone assist me in this please?

If you scroll or search through this Indexing section, you will see many threads on the topic of those registers. Many people have been having problems with them. There are - from what I've seen - many different formats within the project, and not much information on an individual page to help.
