Legacy Family Tree Software

I used Legacy Family Tree Software. The software has an option to integrate with Family Search. I'm having a hiccup that the Family Search end isn't recognizing me. For example, it is displaying the ordinances as "Reserved by Other" and my name is noted, rather than indicating reserved by me. This is a further issue because on the interface Legacy page it doesn't display my reservations either. I'm thinking there must be somewhere in the software I need to define who I am. Unfortunately I'm not finding it. Any ideas appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not a Church member, so I can't specifically help with the integration of Legacy with FamilySearch for Church members, but perhaps one of these options will be useful.
