I've to index births but the page listed them as deaths. So, I can't find the births forms because automatically appear forms of death. What can I do? or, where can I find the solution?

Thank you to all the help.

The project instructions have the answer:

    • Si no se encuentra información sobre defunciones, marca la imagen en el Paso 1: Imágenes, con la opción No, no hay datos para indexar.
    • If information about deaths is not found, mark the image in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

All images marked as No, No Extractable Data are reviewed by FamilySearch teams. If they need to be placed in another type of collection, like births, that can be done then.

    Hi CintiaManolo,

If you share your batch code, the group of letters and numbers at the end of your batch title (something like B3ZX-1HK), some one will be able to see what the problem is and give you an appropriate answer.

Just copy the code and post it here with your Question.🙂

I'm sorry, didn't know that tip. This is my first asking for helping. So, that's the code. I'll be waiting for any answer that can help me.

i copy them from the bottom "open batch".

They open just fine. It could be that is an spanish record and you don’t have permission to see them because of the settings.

It’s only a thought because the link works, y test them.

Anyway thanks for your help and your time, that's very kind of you. 🙂
