My Reservations for ordinances shows misleading status for in progress ordinances
On my desktop, "My Reservations' for temple ordinances shows a bunch of people with icons for the various ordinances, whether completed, in-progress, or restricted. When I hover over one of the in-progress ordinances, it may say it's reserved by <someone else.> (Example: William Neill Beckett, GSQG-N5H, Endowment shows "Endowment printed. Reserved by staheli." [See figure 1]
After seeing this and similar status messages for a long time, and thinking that I couldn't do the ordinances because they were reserved by someone else, I talked with another more experienced user, who told me to click on the person's name from the "My Reservations" screen. Doing this brought up a small window to the side which basically showed the same icons in a different arrangement, but hovering over the endowment revealed the exact same message. [See figure 2]
I then clicked on the person's name in the small window, which opened the 'Person" window showing details of all the ordinances. [See figure 3] For the endowment, it shows the following:
S staheli
Reserved: 18 August 2019
Shared with Temple: 6 September 2019
Endowment
E In Progress - Printed B B. Anderson
Reserved: 21 January 2023
Expires: 2 June 2023
[I later realized that I could also click on the Endowment icon in the small window and jump to the same detailed information.]
So, even though I had reserved the endowment ordinance for the individual, the hover message in the "My Reservations" windows only showed a partial status that wasn't complete and current, and was entirely misleading. Although staheli had in fact reserved the ordinance in August 2019, they later shared it with the Temple in September 2019, and I had reserved it from the Temple in January 2023.
In fact, anytime I hovered over the Endowment icon for the individual, it showed the same misleading status. [See figure 4]
REQUEST: Please change the hover status message for the ordinance icons to show the most recent information regarding who has the ordinance reserved.

I have had the exact same issue, with similar results (it looks like someone else has reserved the same ordinances that are listed on my reservations list, so it appears like I can't act on my reservations; in some cases, I actually unreserved the sealing ordinances thinking that I wouldn't be able to do them until someone else performed their other ordinances). Would it be possible to delete the record of the original person who reserved then shared the reservation? If not, could you at least reverse the order, so the newer reservation is what shows up when I hover over their name?
Thanks so much for your help. I enjoy using familysearch to connect and expand my family tree, and to seal our family together.
