I have been a member for a long time, however had a big break and now resumed. All going well with my research and now I have lost everyone in tree. I have tried everything. Tried getting my user name and password to no results.

I do hope someone can put me in the right direction.

Kind Regards

Christine Craig🙂

Hi Christine - Welcome to FamilySearch Community and posting about your tree. Sorry you are having problems. The first thing I would recommend is that you call family search and get help recovering your username and password. You may have more than one account. You can call 866 406-1830 M to Sat 8am to 8pm, Sun 1 pm to 8 pm MST. Once you have your account recovered, they can help you evaluate where your information is located. Hope this helps
