Please increase the limit on the completed ordinances list
The list at the top currently says "Ordinances on this list will show for 2 years or 3,000 ordinances, whichever comes first."
At RootsTech, Craig Miller said if we want the list to show more just let him know. Ok, I want the list to show more. I would actually like a complete history going back to the beginning of time. Ha ha. But really, I would find that interesting to see how much I have done all the way back and when I first started. I think for me it brings the spirit to warm my heart to reflect.
I just got to being over 2,500 recently, so I am getting closer to the 3,000 limit.
Someone during the "What's new at FamilySearch for LDS members" version of his session asked him to do away with the 2-year limit, and he said there is no 2-year limit. But I knew he was wrong. It is printed right at the top of the list. Anyway, the question was brushed aside. So how about doing away with the 2-year limit, and making the cap go away too? Is there some way you can still conserve bandwidth by perhaps only loading one page of results at a time which will still prevent overloading your servers? I know that is always a concern.
And I want the filter that other pages have to be on the completed list too so I can quickly count up how many of a certain ordinances I did at a certain temple on a certain day.

No one replied to this. I’m at 2998 names in my completed list and will likely be at the cap by the time anyone reads this.
If you don’t care about the completed list please don’t respond. If you like my suggestion please say so. I need to know that my feedback is appreciated.

I don’t have any ability to change the website, but I do have a suggestion for preserving the history of your completed ordinances.
My dad actively deals with this problem. His Completed Ordinances section has filled up at least once, maybe more than twice, recently. For now, he’s preserving the data by exporting the information into Microsoft Excel onto a very large spreadsheet.
This is the best I have. I’m personally not very good with spreadsheets yet, so this isn’t really a solution for me. Hopefully they can figure something out. It’s probably good to note that your history of completed ordinances is most important to you personally, and doesn’t really help others with their work. The solution will probably include provisions for you to receive and hold onto that data yourself, rather than the system keeping it around.
I wish you well on this problem!
