M3P8-LCS Cannot find the death date that the indexer has listed.

M3P8-LCS I am reviewing this probate record and cannot find the date that the indexer has listed. Please help me if you have the time. Thank you.

    It is on image 2 in the bottom left hand margin. Property sworn at 370 [pounds] and that the deceased died on the 4th day of July A.D. 1880 Intestate.

    All of the images do not get indexed in these probate files. The indexer was correct to index only the first image of the batch.

    • Most documents continue across multiple images. Index the information on the first page of a probate record or will, using additional information from the following images. When all available fields have been indexed, the other images should be marked in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

    "Note that all information found in the body of the probate case on the following images is to be indexed on the Cover Page image OR with the first page of the Will or Probate record if there is no cover page. The subsequent images would then be marked as No, No Extractable Data after any applicable information has been indexed from them."

    I don't see that date of death either, @Rayleen H Barnes

    Possibly an assumption from the date of filing, but there is no date of death that I see.
