what you can do is to Backup Everything on the Apple MacBook Pro or Air or IMAC to then go into the Time Machine on the Apple MacBook Pro or Air or IMAC. then fellow the instruction on the URL https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mh11422/mac

I hope this help you out to.

    What do you mean, "blocked"?

An option popped up when I clicked on the tree last night. It would not “X” off so I clicked on a box and my tree was gone. The tree page blank. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the pop up asked.

I can see the tree in the old pedigree but not the new pedigree. It’s a blank.
