Hello All,

I noticed around 4:30pm today (3/15/23), that the family tree was sluggish. That is, to detach a relationship it would take 25 seconds to go thru the entire process. Clicking the edit button would take 5 to 10 seconds to open. These processes are usually instantaneous. When I clicked on a source the same drag would occur.

Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?

I haven't updated any software & I already clear the cache & rebooted the browser.

Thanks.

Steven

I didn’t notice anything this afternoon at our local FamilySearch center. Sounds like you did everything you should on your end. It happens sometimes. Sometimes it’s the local internet service. Sometimes it’s a FamilySearch server. I would try it again tomorrow and see if it has picked back up.

you can clear the cookies and cache, update the Browser as in Goggle Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and any other Brower's to plus make sure there is no extension that you use which could also slow the internet down to plus also it always good to make sure that you have a latest virus Protection on the device to make sure there is no Malware or virus plus it be good to run the Latest Virus Protection. Plus also another thing that everyone can do is to update there system as in windows 11 or windows 10 the latest features to. I hope this help you out to.
