Is it possible to search for someone with maybe a sibling's name?

Hello, I have been researching my great-great grandfather and came with multiple results. I know that my grandma said that he had a brother, and, if so, is it possible to search my 2nd great-grandfather and find the sibling as well? Excuse my poor way of writing stuff. I do not know this 2nd great grandfather's patronymic name but the sibling, I do know about.

    @Howard937 When Searching Records - you can use the MORE OPTIONS to search with other family names - including siblings. Just add the sibling name in the Other Person field:
