German translation, birth certificates

I wonder if someone could please translate these two birth certificates. Wilhelm Tepper (1917) and Alfred Tepper(1914) born in Solingen (Wald, Grafrath). I am trying to find an age and birth place of their father Wilhelm. Their mother was Therese Niggemeier.
