Keep Existing Home Page Toggle - Please don't delete it / Memories Sub Albums
I really enjoyed Craig Miller’s presentation at RootsTech. He mentioned sharing ideas and suggestions but I could not easily find out how to do so. I was able to find “community” in the help sections but not how to give a specific suggestion.
I sent this suggestion some time ago when noting the existing home page was going away in March with the development of the new home page. I love the new home page but sometimes I don’t want to try to be required to use it. Please leave the toggle making both the old and news home pages available. At 75 I feel comfortable with technology but upgrades and updates are not alway appreciated if they require a new learning process. I know people my age or older, even younger, struggle with technology in general. As I watch Craig’s presentation, he talks about all of the new engineering details to FamilySearch in the last year. As he notes, most of us will never see or need to know these details. But I hope the old home page remains available with the toggle.
I know there are changed to Memories and I’ve yet to spend time finding them and using them. I have also sent this request before. It would be helpful to have sub albums within the albums feature. For example, if I had a Memories Album for Steven Harsey (me), I would like to have sub sections for: Steven Harsey Documents, Steven Harsey Age 1-18, Steven Harsey BYU Days, Steven Harsey Work, Steven Harsey Yorba Linda Ward, Steven Harsey Egypt Trip, etc etc. Any questions, please let me know. Thanks for listening.

Hi @Steven Harsey. Thank you for your input. You may want to read through this post on why changes were made. https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/478039#Comment_478039
You also may want to join the groups created for feedback on the New Person Page or the various Tree Pedigree Views

This is a good idea and I think it has been suggested before. If you would like another example for the usefulness of sub albums, here is one:
I have an album for all memories associated with my paternal line. In my paternal line, my grandmother was Danish, and her lineage in this country and Denmark are well documented many generations back. Because most Swiharts are not related to her and are going to consider Danish images and documents as "clutter" when mixed with the Swihart Album, I created a separate album for Danish documents and images. I am unhappy with this solution as the uninformed cannot easily see that the Danish album exists partly because it is an offshoot of the Swihart album. The Danish album has grown to include images and stories from many Danish "cousin" lines because of how many Danish and Danish descent contributors there are, living in the US and Denmark, who are distantly related to me and have collaborated with me.
The only way I have been able to think of to show the connection between the two albums is by putting all memories tagged to my grandmother in BOTH albums.
I think having the Danish album be a sub album of my paternal album would be better.
