it used to be so easy. I could just report a problem and then get a case number. Oh the good old days

Please see my comments at https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/140670/how-about-providing-a-way-to-contact-family-search-directly#latest.

In summary, I find getting a solution to my "FamilySearch" problems is far easier by visiting "Community" than in "the good old days" when my emails were rarely answered correctly (irrelevant copy/paste responses) and, if I phoned, I could never get through to anyone sufficiently experienced to deal with my queries.
