Allow Keeping Actively Indexed Records

Recently I've been indexing larger batches of records, some with 30 + names in a batch. Often while working on these larger batches the batches expire and I'm unable to complete the batch that I'm actively working on.

It would be great if the expiration date could be extended for batches that are actively being worked on. Sometimes, like today, I will work hard to complete a batch and find that I've lost it while I'm working on it.

Can logic be added that the expiration date can be extended each time a batch is opened? Or could a prompt show that would allow me to keep a batch for another day or two so that I wouldn't lose it?

I know that someone else will be able to complete the batch and the record will be indexed, but it's sad to "lose" the weeks worth of work that was put into indexing the batch and not have the work counted towards your total number of records indexed.
