South Africa—Dutch Reformed Church Registers, 1660–1970 [Part C][M3X3-YG4]

My Afrikaans is a little rusty (been home from my mission 52 years), but This appears to be a list of folks who have moved into and been accepted into the Knysna congregation. I'm reviewing the batch. However, it is categorized as baptism records, rather than membership records. Of course I'm assuming they were previously baptized elsewhere. Am I correct in changing the category and entering them as membership records as of the dates indicated?

Dennis, attached please find the translation of the little paper above that you have given me, which is a Church Membership Record.

Always remember in indexing or reviewing, where you have to type in the place name Knysna (in this case), to type in South Africa as well. The place name and South Africa is important, otherwise it gets send back to the reviewers to type in South Africa.

Hi Dennis, can you please give me the batch information please?

Some of us are having a conversation regarding certain batches. Look up from the 7th of March for the discussions between us.

We cannot change the category unless there is any written proof of what the batch is about.

    Regards

    Hester

Dennis, I cannot open the batch from your header info. You have to highlight the batch name and copy and paste it, so it can be opened when you click on it.

I guess I mis-named what I would like to change for the review... my question should read " change the entry type from baptism to membership." (not "category", as in my first post.) I realize that would blank out all data entered and I would have to re enter under new entry type: membership.
