These names has been on my list for over a month now and still there. Some 2 to 3 months longer.

Barbara Koch , 1768-1835 G8TF-ZSH

Jane Shoffner , 1787-1864 GDJN-8T8

Johann Schütz , 1751-1810 GV4C-4N1

Magdalena Caspar , 1757-1825 K8VY-6X&

Johann Berens , 1720 - KHMR-2XM

Othilia Mathilda Eichstaedt , 1842 LVTX-NNW

Samuel Cortner , 1779-1844 LYZ9-YFS

Susanna Schwalbach, 1716 - MF9F-QD2

No alleged duplicates found. Not even parents, not siblings, not children, not bad merges

None whatsoever.

Then why are these still here...

"Possible Duplicates

These ancestors might have more than one record in Family Tree. Please resolve the duplicates before taking the name to the temple."

Of these ones I was submitter for Koch, Schutz, Berens and Schwalbach and still alleged duplicates

Ordinances listed no alleged duplicates, either.

Does it say this on the Reserved Temple list? We couldn't find possible duplicates on the Detail page. Is the message preventing you from printing out the ordinance work? If not, and there are not duplicates, go forward.

Not always in reserved temple list.

Message isn't prevent me from printing because I already reserved.

What is not tolerated is ballooning list of alleged duplicates seen only when you sign in to help yourself.

You won't see this list anywhere else. I already found 4 genuine duplicates and fixed them, and they are gone from the list.

What you see is the remainder.

So, the possible duplicates are on the Detail Page of the person? Glad you fixed them--that is perfect, and exactly what we would like you to do. This prevents duplicate ordinances from being performed. Thank you for doing such a great job!!

@PABulfinch I'm pretty sure he is referring to is the list of possible duplicates on the Helper pages which never seem to refresh. Here is my list:

Of the eight names listed, only four have possible duplicates when you check in Family Tree.

    Gordon,

you might want to refresh. I found duplicates for all on the list except last one which showed no duplicate in any way (spouses and parents). And one was rejected because of different parents and places despite having same birthdate.)

1 case - duplicate spouse, 2 cases - duplicate parents. The rest are duplicates you wouldn't know unless you flip to look at spouse to discover duplicates.

    Paul,

The alleged duplicates should not be there at all.

Tonight 2 new duplicates showed up and both turned out duplicate spouses. Fixed and no longer listed.

    The rest? still there.

I am unable to replicate this right now. Would you be willing to see if your duplicates list is working properly?

The issue I was seeing in the Helper Resources list of duplicates seems to be resolved.
