Report issue with 1900 census

I want to report an issue with a record set and index of all sheets in the 33 images. 1900 census for ED157, Wellsboro, Tioga, PA, USA. Ward 1. All individual names are lost in the index and only head of household appears for each entry and some entries are missing. Sheet 5 has a Pearl Reed as a boarder and she is not indexed at all. Discovered as I was going back and capturing the citation data for some previous finds. Can only get the image by working through the individual entities in the county. None of the names on the 33 image pages will show up in a record search.
