Instead of having to go clear into my tree to get to Help Others, have it on the home page. Like the old one on the top right hand side.

Plus The Full Name , Birthday , helper number, is gone

I don't always have their user name and I don't have time to send a email for them to OK.

I am a senior Missionary in Georgia that is helping new members and people get on Family search to get them into the temple to do family names. Many times It is a one time thing.

The new home page no longer allows access to help using the name, birthdate and helper number. It only allows access with Username and helper number. In the Temple, the office workers and recorders need to be able to access accounts using the name, birthdate and helper number. This is needed to help patrons print out cards for additional ordinancs or resolve issues when a patron brings a card which was printed by someone else and also for reprinting cards so that we can record ordinances in which the QR code and number on the card are not there because of printing or cutting errors.

I have noticed that the "Help Others" in the new layout page no longer has the option of signing in using the person's full name, birthdate and helper number. I use that function often when helping people who cannot remember their username. please bring that additional option back.

Please, please: Before you shut down the old Person page, do something with the Help Others feature that is used multiple times daily by FamilySearch Support missionaries. I commonly try the Help Others feature on the new Person page and it hardly ever works the first attempt. Some times, using the same information, it works the second time. However, after it fails the second time, I go directly to the old Person page and Presto! it works fine every time.

This is a real issue for many of us who serve as support missionaries.

Please add the “Help Others” feature to the New Person Page where you can “Help” with the full name, birthdate and helper number. It is not currently on that page (only the user name part). It is an extremely helpful tool that I use very often. This feature is on the “old” or “previous” version page and always has been.

I help many people who cannot remember their user name and we then work with them to recover and use their user name.

I repeat: It is an extremely helpful tool for furthering the Family History work in our Ward,
