Adding Efforts on Get Involved App to Church Reports
Recently we introduced the "Get Involved" App to our Stake members here in the Honolulu Hawaii West Stake, to be involved in indexing. My husband, who is our Stake President, shared with our Stake members some goals to work at as a Stake in this area. We noticed that we can see in the reports some specifics things like number of people indexing, people with 4 generations, ..... Bishops have called us to let us know that as the youth and adults have been getting involved with the App, there is no report of what work is being done from this tool. I was wondering if there was a way to sync the work being done on the "Get Involved" App with all the work done online, or on FamilySearch. It would be useful to see what our members are doing from the App. I'm sorry if I haven't articulated this thought well enough to understand, so if you'd like to direct me or help me see what I may have missed, contact me. As Stake President, I have been encouraging my members to use the Get Involved App to do indexing. I have been doing indexing on the Get Involved App and love how this app makes reviewing records so easy.
I would like to recommend that we can see a ward level and stake level report on the indexing efforts from the Get Involved App research. Even if we merged these numbers with the Family Search indexing report, that would be great. Please let me know if this is a possibility.
