Need an indicator that a parent does not have own ordinance work completed before child sealing
Because I have been doing this for decades and am a Stake TFH consultant, I know to check if a parents' ordinance work has been done before completing a child sealing to parent. BUT when a newbie checks for temple ordinances ready that is sent by familysearch, it just gets printed out whether all of the ordinance work is complete.

If Ordinances Ready gives you a name, it is ready for Temple work. Perhaps reading these 2 help articles can help you understand.

If I could add some clarification to what Cindy said--if Ordinances Ready gives you a name, it has passed the FamilySearch checks. As the Help Center article indicates, it's not against Church policy to do sealings out of order. However, many people prefer to do them in order both out of respect to our ancestors and respect for the sacredness of temple ordinances. The article states it is preferred to do them in order.
Personally, I prefer to use the temple reservation list on the web, which allows me to verify that prerequisite ordinances are done.
Also, it's always a good idea to verify names returned by Ordinances Ready before taking them to the temple. Not only is it nice to get to know a little about the person, but it's good to check for duplicates, conflicting information, etc. Not every name returned by OR really is ready for temple work.
