Indexing - Encourage experienced indexers to do advanced projects

Lately there have been very few projects classified as Beginner and Intermediate. Sometimes there are no Beginner projects available. This makes it difficult for new indexers to get started. Perhaps it would be a good idea to pop up a message when experienced indexers (maybe those who have indexed/reviewed over 1000 records) select a Beginner project to work on that says something like "We appreciate your enthusiasm and service indexing records. Since you have had so much experience we could really use your expertise in indexing/reviewing some of our more difficult projects which are labeled as Intermediate or Advanced. Would you please consider leaving the Beginner projects for those who are new to indexing so that they can have a good experience while they are still learning? Thank you again for your service." A similar message could be issued to those who have indexed more than 5000 (?) records asking them to assist with the tremendous backlog of Advanced projects.
