You need to provide their "Details" if you want any assistance ...

Preferably, their 'FamilySearch Person Identifiers' (PIDs), if they are in "Family Tree" of "FamilySearch" ...

There is also a @Australian Genealogy group that can help you with suggestions for research.

Hello, Trevor,
When you have a few moments, please--if possible--share what little details you might have with us and there are some excellent responders here in this Australia Group who are very skilled to assist you.
FYI: if you are researching in the post-1837 era, you--
- will want to register (if you have yet, and it's free) with the General Register Office (UK) at www.gro.gov.uk and follow the prompts to order certificates of birth, [marriage] and deaths and search their online indexes for births and deaths (only).
- you can also search www.freebmd.org.uk for births, marriages and deaths, their indexes to births do not provide the maiden name of the mother (until 1911); death entries usually provide the age at death.
- If you are searching in the pre-1837 era, in Oxfordshire, then your best website to search online (compiled) church register data is www.ancestry.co.uk (.com).
All the best!
