One email during RootsTech

Is it possible that we can connect with ALL our DNA family with ONE email during RoosTech? In that one email I would be able to note all my know family names [with dates and places and whether maternal or paternal family members]. This would save me writing the same email 1,200 times to those new family members.

No, This would actually be considered spamming. You can message more than one person at the same time., however. Or you could create a Family Group and invite them to your family group. Then you could message the group and everyone would receive your message. Remember, that you can also see relationship of any person that contributes to any individual on Family Tree.
