In new profile page, Provide indicator of potential duplicate profile

I have recently encountered possible duplicate individuals without enough info to initiate a merge.

it might be useful to future contributors either to confirm the dupkication

or at least add sources to the correct of the two candidates

in one case, one profile was actually two, needing separation

An alert might reduce new source adding to confusion
