The Migration record was indexed under Mary Ann Hyndman's name. The record you pulled up shows the reference to her spouse, William Hyndman, in that same record. If you look at the very top below William Hyndman's name it says, "Mentioned in the Migration Record of Mary Ann Hyndman (William Hyndman's Spouse). If you click on Mary Ann Hyndman, the record will come up as hers (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:HV3P-N43Z) and you should be able to attach the record to her.
As for the misspelling of the birthplace, that is how it is in the original document. As indexers, we enter the data as it is written/typed, except for place names which can be corrected if we know it, but it's not surprising that not everyone knows the correct spelling for all locations.
The edits in that page allow you to edit her birthplace!
