"Description of" field for birth, death, burial

It would be great if there was a "Description of" field for each of the items in the Vitals section (birth, death, burial). It would allow annotation of the data there. For instance, you can document the date and municipality for someone's birth but with a "Description of" field you could add details such as "born at home - 212 Main St."

    There isn't a need for a second description field since we can put all that detail in the current place name field. The Reason Statement box can hold notes as well as reasons:
