  • When a person identified as "living" is to be merged with a documented deceased person the merge should continue

    Why? If the living person really is deceased it't not a lot of work to change that record to deceased and move the record from your private space to the public space of Family Tree before merging. And requiring that step keeps a clear boundary between private and public.
